- Kehalani, Wailuku, Maui: a market and financial analysis evaluating development options for a commercial/residential parcel within Kehalani, a new large-scale residential development in Central Maui. Our research focused on both residential and commercial markets and sought to identify the optimal development program.
- Ship Harbor, Anacortes, Washington: a market and financial analysis for a new waterfront residential community proposed on a site overlooking Guemes Channel and the San Juan Islands. Our research included an analysis of the Anacortes-area real estate market, along with overviews of all major retirement-oriented waterfront communities in the Puget Sound / San Juan region, including Semiahmoo, Whidbey Island, the San Juan Islands, Port Townsend and Port Ludlow.

- UGA, Cle Elum, Washington: a market and financial analysis for all components (primary residential, active-adult/retirement residential, golf, retail, business park, and RV park) of a proposed new-town development on a 1,200-acre site in Cle Elum, Washington.
- Chevy Chase Inn and Golf Course, Port Townsend, Washington: an evaluation of development potential for a small waterfront inn, golf course, and proposed new residential community with 60 homesites near Port Townsend, Washington.
- Large Holdings, Klamath Falls, Oregon: a preliminary analysis of development potential for several large land holdings near Klamath Falls, Oregon.
